1. General These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of atjewellery.dk and any purchase made through the website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. The webshop is operated by:

2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

3. Prices All prices are listed in Danish Krone (DKK) and include Danish VAT (25%) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

4. Order & Payment An order is binding once you receive an order confirmation by email. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. Payment is charged when the order is placed.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret) Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us clearly at info@atjewellery.eu before the deadline. You bear the cost of return shipping. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Note: Custom-made or personalised jewellery is exempt from the right of withdrawal under §18(2)(3) of the Act.

6. Complaints If you receive a defective product, please contact us at info@atjewellery.eu. You have a 24-month statutory warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven). Complaints can also be submitted to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board: www.forbrug.dk or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.

7. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
