We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to fulfill your order. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, so you can follow your jewellery’s journey to your doorstep.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions and a return authorization. Should your jewellery have any defects due to our craftsmanship, we will repair it at no additional cost. For exchanges, whether it’s for a different size or style, simply reach out to us and we will assist you in finding the perfect replacement.
